Cast includes Sonny and Cher, George Sanders, Norman Alden, and Larry Duran. (91 minutes,'67)

The Eagle and the Hawk - Well generated anti war film with cautious idol March, threatening gunner Grant, everyone's buddy Oakie, and sympathetic city girl Lombard. Lantana - Heartbreaking, mature story of relationships obstructed by monotony, routine, and absence of articulation. LaPaglia plays a cop, whose marriage has stagnated, leading him to have an affair. (107 minutes, 2001)

Clue - Silly and insipid whodunit based on the fashionable board game of the same name with all the recognizable characters Mrs. Peacock, Colonel Mustard, Miss Red, et al. gathered for a murderous day in a Victorian mansion. Cast includes Eileen Brennan, Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Ponder, and Howard Hesseman. (87 minutes,'85)

Rhapsody in Blue - Hollywood biography of George Gershwin is largely fiction, although comes off better than most other composer biographies, seizing Gershwin's exhilaration for his work, and some of his central conflicts. Now grown up, he still fantasies of playing for a living and honoring his lifelong hero. This pleasant but dull paced storyline is kindled by Miles Davis' dynamic presence and fawning behavior.
